ROCHELLE PARK, NJ—Brides by Young has entered the New Jersey retail market with the lease of space at the Liberty Plaza shopping center here.
Brides by Young, which has locations in Indianapolis and Schaumburg, IL, has signed a lease for 5,650 square feet at Liberty Plaza in Rochelle Park. Cushman & Wakefield's New Jersey retail leasing team, headed by David Townes and Alana Friedman, represented the landlord, Alesso Holding Co., in the long-term lease transaction.
