NEW YORK CITY – Brookfield Properties opened the doors at its 67-story office tower One Manhattan West, located at the corner of Ninth Avenue and 33rd Street on Manhattan's West Side. The 2.1-million-square-foot tower is the first to open at Brookfield's eight-acre Manhattan West Complex.

Architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill designed One Manhattan West, which is approximately 90% leased. Tenants include Accenture, EY, McKool Smith, the National Hockey League and Skadden Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
