Located at 10936-10948 Weyburn Avenue and 1006-1010 Broxton Avenue, the prominently featured space is across from the iconic Fox and Bruin Theater and steps away from the UCLA campus; the location is highly-trafficked by residents and tourists.

Kidder Mathews commercial real estate brokers, Tanel Harunzade, Darrell Levonian and Brittney McCarthy, represented the seller, a local family investor, in the transaction.
