Citizens Commercial Banking Provides $138M Loan to DSC Partners
With the acquisition loan, DSC Partners purchased 28 Maryland office and industrial buildings.
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD – Citizens Commercial Banking has provided a $138 million loan to the Washington DC-based, DSC Partners for the acquisition of an office and industrial portfolio.
The 28 building portfolio consists of three office parks, totaling 1.3 million square feet in Montgomery County, MD.
The office parks, previously owned by PS Business Parks, include the Metro Park North campus in Rockville, MD, the 362,000-square-foot, nine building WesTech business park in Silver Spring, MD and the three building, 166,000-square-foot Meadows corporate park in Silver Spring, MD.
The properties feature single-story, multi-story and flex buildings and are currently occupied by tenants such as the US government, MedStar Health, Children’s Hospital, Adventist Health Care, Intelligent Automation, Aetna, Netcom Technologies and Dealeron.
