Erik Hagevik has joined Trammell Crow Co. as SVP of residential development under the High Street Residential brand based in the Denver office. In his new role, Hagevik will be focused growing High Street Residential.

Hagevik joins the firm from Sares-Regis Group, where he served as SVP. Prior to that, he spent seven years as COO of Development for Holland Partner Group, where he was responsible for completing projects that include the Platform Building at Denver Union Station; Belleview Station; and Lincoln Station Apartments—each a significant transit-oriented multifamily development in metro Denver.

He has extensive acquisition and development experience, including construction/redevelopment in excess of 19,000 apartment units valued at over $3 billion. His knowledge and experience in the development of multiple types of multifamily designs provides increased value for each specific real estate development opportunity.
