Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice Signs New HQ Lease in Mount Laurel
Samaritan will relocate its corporate office to the new location in the beginning of 2020, the year of the health care services firm’s 40th anniversary.
MOUNT LAUREL, NJ—Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice has completed a long-term lease at the 27,600 square foot free-standing office building located at 3906 Church Road here for its new headquarters.
Samaritan plans to relocate its entire Marlton headquarters office at 5 Eves Drive where it has occupied approximately 21,000 square feet of office space for more than 20 years.
Commercial brokerage firm WCRE exclusively represented Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice in the lease transaction. The ownership of 3906 Church Road was represented by Evan Zweben of Colliers International and Veritas Real Estate.
The property is located directly across from Lifetime Fitness and next to several other well-known community service occupiers, including Bancroft. 3906 Church Road provides access to I-295 (Exit 36) and The New Jersey Turnpike.
The new Mount Laurel facility will have a complete interior and exterior renovation, according to WCRE.

WCRE’s managing principal Jason Wolf noted the complexity of the deal that involved multiple parties agreeing to structure a long-term investment and redevelopment transaction.
