Denver Distribution Portfolio, a three-building, 633,193-square-foot industrial portfolio, has traded hands for an undisclosed price. The deal is one of the largest industrial deals in the Denver market.

The three properties include the 406,959-square-foot 22100 East 26th Avenue in Aurora, CO; the 14,630-square-foot 9410 Heinz Way in Commerce City; and the 85,604-square-foot 18300 East 28th Avenue in Aurora.

CBRE's Jim Bolt, Tyler Carner and Jeremy Ballenger represented the seller, a confidential investment firm. ASB Investment Management purchased the property.
