Vanguard Investments has closed two multifamily property deals totaling $138 million. The two properties are located in Las Vegas and Southern California, and have a combined nearly 700 units.
The Sandpiper Apartments in Las Vegas is a 488-unit apartment complex built in 1988. The second property is the Hills of Diamond Bar, located in Diamond Bar. It has 204 apartment units and was built in 1988.
Arthur Arejian of Vanguard Investments represented the buyer and the seller in both deals.
