Lowe Enterprises has expanded its Denver office portfolio. The investor has acquired a 366,184-square-foot 18-story class-A office tower in the Denver Tech Center in southeast Denver.
Located at 7979 E. Tufts, the property features 21,000-square-foot floorplates, nine-foot-high finished ceilings and abundant windows for natural light and views of Downtown Denver, the mountains and the surrounding area.
Marty Caverly, Alan Chamorro, Mara Fabian and Andy Segal led Lowe's acquisition team. Mike Winn and Tim Richey of CBRE represented the seller.
