GPI Cos. has secured $120 million in construction financing for the redevelopment of Westside Pavilion Macy's. The developer will transform the site into a modern office campus featuring 230,000 square feet of cutting-edge mixed-use office space.
GPI Companies is investing more than $180 million into the project, known as West End. Located at the intersection of West Pico Boulevard and Overland Avenue with easy access to the LA Metro, the three-story, light-filled office campus, will anchor the growing West End submarket.
ACORE Capital funded the loan.
