SEATTLE, WA – Real estate technology platform, MoxiWorks has acquired Imprev, an automated marketing service.
Imprev, launched in 2001 as a fully-automated service provider that creates and continually updates branded print, digital and social media marketing materials and packages for agents' listings, throughout the brokerage process. The company aims to offer brand consistency and marketing practices across the entire cycle.
MoxiWorks and Imprev will now operate as one entity. MoxiWorks will add Imprev's marketing automation to its customer relationship management software, MoxiEngage, its interactive comparative market analysis presentation product, MoxiPresent, its open platform, MoxiCloud, as well as its recruiting system, marketing suite, websites, intranet.
The two companies have formed a partnership with the goal of helping brokers, agents and teams to increase productivity, decrease costs and better the home buying and selling processes.
The acquisition aligns with MoxiWorks' mission to make real estate technology more automated and to become the primary open platform for the industry.
The transaction follows MoxiWorks' recent addition of Vector Capital as a financial investor.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
MoxiWorks is a comprehensive technology system, aimed toward large residential real estate brokerages. Its open platform serves more than 80 brokerages and 130,000 agents throughout the US; accounting for more than 13% of the nation's transactions.
