NEW YORK CITY – Cushman & Wakefield has launched the sale of a Bronx warehouse at 1476 East 222nd St. in the Baychester submarket. The 17,195-square-foot single-story warehouse sits in an Opportunity Zone on the southwest corner of 222nd Street and Edson Avenue.

With quick access to New York City and the North East Corridor, the property is boasted for its potential last-mile delivery capabilities, or for a local business for ease of transports because of close proximity to the I-95, US-1 and the Hutchinson River Parkway, according to Addison Berniker of Cushman who is marketing the property.
The M1-1 zoned property has 21' ceilings, four drive-in garages, one with a loading dock, and a mezzanine level with a separate entrance featuring office space above the warehouse. Nearby is the 5 train via the Baychester Subway Station, which is walking distance to the property.
