NEW YORK CITY – Cushman & Wakefield has launched the sale of a Bronx warehouse at 1476 East 222nd St. in the Baychester submarket. The 17,195-square-foot single-story warehouse sits in an Opportunity Zone on the southwest corner of 222nd Street and Edson Avenue.
