CHARLESTON, SC – Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $51.5 million sale of Lively Indigo Run, a multifamily asset in Ladson, SC, on behalf of Orange Capital Advisors.
Located near major job hubs such as Boeing, Mercedes-Benz and Volvo, the 302-unit community sold for $170,530 per unit.
The Charleston metropolitan area serves as one of the fastest growing markets in the US. The North Charleston area is expected to generate 13,750 new jobs in the next four years, within the healthcare and manufacturing sectors.
Cushman & Wakefield's Tai Cohen, Jordan McCarley and Marc Robinson represented Orange Capital Advisors in the sale.
Cushman & Wakefield is a global real estate services firm with 51,000 employees occupying 400 offices throughout 70 countries. The firm's revenue totaled $8.2 billion in 2018.
