191 North Wacker Drive, Chicago
CHICAGO—Qualtrics, which is headquartered in Provo, UT and Seattle, has signed a lease deal totaling 25,000 square feet at 191 North Wacker Drive here.
The customer services firm plans to hire more than 200 employees for its new Chicago office that will begin operations next spring. Colliers International's Michael Finley, Evan Djikas and Kyle Hundelt represented Qualtrics in the transaction. Christine Choi Moore and JD Strode with Manulife Investment Management represented building management.
