TEN770 TEN770

BioScience Properties has completed a $20 million renovation of TEN770, a 183,565-square-foot class-A Life Science campus in San Diego. TEN770 was 60% preleased prior to the renovation to biotherapy company Maravai Life Sciences. It can still accommodate users ranging from 10,000 to 50,000 square feet.

The renovation included a new spacious two-story glass entrance and lobby, best-in-class indoor/outdoor gathering spaces, tenant spaces with private balconies and fold away walls to complete the modernized workspace.  Onsite amenities include a café, fitness center and dedicated landscape areas for the weekly food truck service.

Leading the leasing efforts at TEN770 are JLL's Chad Urie, Grant Schoneman and Tim Olson.
