CORAL GABLES, FL—Nikki Traff has left Madison Marquette to become executive managing director, retail services for Colliers International South Florida.
Traff served as VP at Madison Marquette for the past eight years where she focused on the retail leasing of mixed-use lifestyle centers, grocery-anchored shopping centers and ground-up development. Previously, she served as leasing agent at Southern Management and Development, as well as retail client specialist at CBRE.
Her 15 years retail leasing experience includes working with shopping center owners such as: Heitman, Principal Global Investors, Prudential Global Investment Management and Stronach Group. She has leased assets such as Mercato in Naples, FL, Downtown at the Garden in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Hyde Park Village in Tampa and Village at Gulfstream in Hallandale Beach, FL.
Ryan Kratz, president of Colliers International South Florida’s Southeast Region, says of Traff’s hire, “Few brokers throughout the Southeast United States have the track record of complex lifestyle and power center leasing as Nikki does. This is an important expansion to Colliers’ retail leasing operation in Florida and throughout the Southeast as her work and clients dovetail nicely with our brokerage, management, appraisal and project management operation.”
Traff will be based primarily out of Colliers’ Coral Gables office, but will also work with colleagues at other Colliers South Florida locations.
