GlobeSt.com Healthcare Real Estate Preps For Big Show
Activities range from a golf tournament to a closed door session for top executives to talk about the issues trending in the space.
SCOTTSDALE, AZ—Formerly a RealShare event, GlobeSt. Healthcare 2019 will open its doors on Dec 3., at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale, AZ with a blockbuster lineup of speakers, panels as well as opportunities for meet and greets. Running for two days, the conference will cover the industry’s major issues along with trends in regulations, space use, budgeting, and relevant technology. To launch the event, there will be the opportunity to hone your golf game at our 12th Annual RealShare Healthcare Golf Tournament, held on Dec 3.
Certainly, though, the bulk of the time will be spent hearing about the issues in the sector. There will be an unplugged—or closed door—session for healthcare executives, giving them space to discuss such issues as regulatory compliance, healthcare facility budgeting & capital deployment and risk and crisis management, among other topics. Speakers will be Andrew Haslam, VP of Real Estate Strategy at Providence St. Joseph Health and Kevin Kirn, VP of Outpatient Medical Group at Welltower.
Another speaker will be John Chang, SVP of research services at Marcus & Millichap, who will present a forecast for healthcare through 2025 on Dec. 4, to kick off the day, along with a slew of top names in various panels. Think Jim McMahon, VP of Capital One Commercial Banking, Ralph Cram, president & manager of Envoy Net Lease Partners, Steven Stubbs, regional director of Adventist Health and Amy Malkin, COO of Pioneer Health Group, to name just a few.
Presidential sponsors of the event include Capital One and Welltower.
