The Irvine Co. has signed five new tenants at its Centerside property in the Mission Valley area of San Diego. The lease transactions total 26,000 square feet, and include SGPA Planning & Architecture; Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp.; Horrocks Engineers; Pearlman Brown & Wax; and Anser Advisory.
The leases were signed at Centerside I – 3111 Camino del Rio North. The property features 13-story and 16-story towers and amenities, including The Commons with a new lakeside deck, energizing fitness and wellness spaces through Irvine Company's signature amenity KINETIC.
In San Diego, Irvine Company owns nine million square feet of office workplace communities in Del Mar Heights, Downtown, La Jolla UTC, Mission Valley, and Sorrento Mesa.
