Greystar Signs Expanding Convenience Store in Denver Complex

Greystar has signed a lease with Choice Market, an expanding convenience store, at its new Parq on Speer property. The apartment complex is a new 16-story mixed-use community with 12,000 square feet of retail space.

The property is located in the Creative District just outside downtown Denver and is owned and operated by affiliates of Greystar, a global leader in the investment, development and management of rental housing properties. Residences encompass studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans—townhomes and penthouse suites—with square footage spanning 545 to 3,517 square feet.

The market, which will be open until at least 3 a.m., will feature an array of groceries and specialty items, including organic diary and produce, local craft beer with an option to build your own six-pack, hot and cold “grab ‘n go” salads, wraps, cold pressed juices and snack packs, homemade soup, breakfast burritos and rotisserie chicken.
