The owner of Silverado Apartment Homes has secured an $82 million Freddie Mac loan for the garden-style multifamily property in Murrieta. The loan is full-term interest only.

Located at 25100 Vista Murrieta, Silverado Apartment Homes features one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans with granite countertops, large closets, dishwashers, in-unit washers and dryers and private patios or balconies. Community amenities include two swimming pools, two hot tubs, a fitness center, barbecue areas and assigned parking.

Berkadia senior director Branden McBirney of Berkadia's Los Angeles office secured the permanent refinancing.
