GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum is shining a light on some of the most prominent players across the commercial real estate spectrum; acknowledging professionals from developers, investors and brokers, to pioneers and visionaries implementing innovative concepts and products into the business.

Notable individuals, teams and organizations within the net lease real estate sector will be featured in Real Estate Forum's upcoming March/April 2020 issue. For this next awards installment, we will categorize our winning influencers, recognizing their achievements in various groups, such as geographic areas and specific asset classes. Chosen influencers will also be recognized at our 18th Annual Net Lease National Conference, which will be held at the Marriott Marquis New York on March 30-31. This event will bring together the sector's most influential and knowledgeable real estate executives, offering a space for industry professionals to gain insight from experts for continued success.

How and when will winners be notified?

Editorial staff will send email notifications to the winners and submitters by the middle of January. Due to the high volume of nominations we receive, only those selected will be notified.

When will the issue come out?

GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum will profile the Influencers in Net Lease in the March/April 2020 issue. Winners will also gain recognition on GlobeSt.com and will be considered for specific awards at our Net Lease event in March of 2020.

Is there a fee to apply?

No. Submission to this, and all of our editorial content, is free.

How do I increase my chances of being selected?

Be as descriptive, yet concise as possible. Sounds redundant, but it's simple. Provide details on why you think your entry should be chosen as an Influencer, but leave out the fluff, like marketing content and self-congratulatory comments. We don't mind reading long entries, but don't hide the items of importance within pages of trivialities. Support your entry and statements with backup information—we love facts and figures—or files such as media coverage.
