SRS Real Estate Partners has hired John Few as SVP and managing principal in the Newport Beach office and as a partner in the Southern California leadership. In the position, Few will build a team of specialists within SRS' Signature Group focused on restaurant and entertainment as well as working with managing principal Mike Rielly to further expand Signature Group.

Prior to joining SRS, Few was a founding partner of The Sequoia Restaurant and Entertainment Group where he spent more than 16 years providing real estate development consulting and brokerage services to premier high-volume restaurant and entertainment companies in most major markets across the U.S.

Few brings 27 years of experience to the firm and has expertise on both the brokerage and retailer side.
