Kidder Mathews has acquired property management company Wessex Service Co. as part of its ongoing West Coast expansion. The deal includes 535,000 square feet of commercial space and 14 owner associations.

Wessex Service Co. is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, and has been in business for 30 years. Mike DiDomenico, formerly owner and principal of Wessex Service Company, has joined Kidder Mathews as SVP and market leader for property management operations in the firm's Phoenix regional office.

DiDomenico will lead Kidder Mathews' property management services in the Phoenix area. He will be responsible for managing diversified assets, developing and directing the property management teams, as well as client development and support and overall quality control in service delivery.
