CHICAGO—Workplace services company Convene reports that it has entered a managed service agreement with Sterling Bay for 22,000 square feet at the One Two Pru office complex in the South Loop here.

The deal expands the Convene-Sterling Bay workplace services partnership to three Chicago properties. Under the terms of the deal, Convene will manage the building's meeting and amenity experience on the 11th floor of the 2.3-million-square-foot development, including meeting and event space, a tenant lounge, café and bike room. Additionally, Convene will manage the building's rooftop terrace, which features a bar and Airstream trailer food truck available for tenant use during summer months.

The deal with Sterling Bay increases Convene's total Chicago footprint to nearly 425,000 square feet.

"By powering the tenant experience at One Two Pru with our hospitality expertise, we're modernizing the building for today's workforce," says Ryan Simonetti, CEO and co-founder of Convene. "Our partnership with Sterling Bay is focused on activating office buildings in new ways, and our mutual expansion in Chicago brings workplace hospitality to a greater share of the Chicago community."

Andy Gloor, CEO of Sterling Bay, adds, "As we continue to pursue the acquisition and development of office properties in this market, it's important that we partner with companies like Convene, which place utmost importance on delivering only the best when it comes to quality of service and operational excellence."

Convene's newest Sterling Bay location follows its partnership announcement earlier this year with leases at 333 North Green St. and 311 West Monroe.

The firm has also previously announced locations at a number of other Chicago properties, including Hines and Angelo Gordon's Citadel Center and EQ Office's Willis Tower.
