NEW YORK CITY — Net lease has proven itself to be a relatively safe bet for investors in the sea of challenging retail strategies. But differences exist here too, slight though they might be, particularly between single and multi-tenant net lease assets.

Joey Odom, regional director of Stan Johnson Company, and managing director Margaret Caldwell talk about the movement in cap rates—or their relative lack of movement, as the case might be—in this exclusive video interview from the show floor of the 2019 ICSC NY Deal Making Conference in Manhattan.

Here's a hint: While cap rates remain relatively flat as we wind up the year for one asset type, dropping rates in the other has caused some "amazing" interest. And what's driving it all?
