ARLINGTON, VA – Bell Partners Inc. has acquired the multifamily community, Vista on Courthouse, in Arlington, VA. The 220-unit community, built in 2008, will be renamed Bell at Courthouse.
Situated at 2200 12th Court North in the city's Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor, the property offers two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, with amenities such as a swimming pool, club room, fitness center, business center and outdoor grilling stations. Each apartment unit features granite countertops, stainless steel furniture, washers, dryers and private balconies.
Bell Partners intends to renovate the property's amenity spaces and unit interiors, and will additionally serve as the manager of the apartment complex.
The recent transaction supports the firm's investment strategy to acquire rental housing communities within strategic locations. Blocks away from the Courthouse metro station and Route 50, the multifamily asset offers access to major employment centers, such as Amazon's future HQ2 at National Landing.
Expanding its presence in the greater Washington DC area, Bell Partners attained the property as its second acquisition in Arlington, VA this year, following its purchase of Bell Arlington Ridge in June. The firm currently operates 23 apartment communities within the Washington DC metropolitan area.
Bell Partners Inc., founded in 1976, is a privately-held multifamily investment and management company. The firm currently manages 55,000 units as one of the nation's largest apartment operators.
