CBRE has named Sean Conry as the senior managing director of project management for the Pacific Southwest. Conry previously led project management for CBRE in Orange County and the Inland Empire.

In this new role, Conry will be responsible for providing line-of-business support and leadership for the Pacific Southwest Division, which includes 13 offices throughout Southern California and Arizona. Based in Los Angeles, he will oversee four PJM market leaders and 35 project managers.

He has 20 years of construction experience in retail, office, manufacturing and healthcare. Prior to joining CBRE in 2014, he held various positions, including general contractor and architectural and owners' representative, at such companies as RJM Construction and Jokake Construction.
