WEST DEPTFORD, NJ— Novaya Foxfield Industrial LLC reports that it has completed construction and secured a certificate of occupancy for its new industrial project at 301 Grove Road here.
The Mid-Atlantic arm of Boston-based Novaya Real Estate Ventures, reports the 122,000-square-foot Class A industrial project is now available for lease.
Foxfield principal Jeff Harper says the property’s location would serve tenants currently housed in the Philadelphia area or those seeking alternatives to surging industrial rents in Northern New Jersey.
The building features a 32-foot clear height, build to suite office area, 48 feet x 52 feet column spacing, 63-foot speed bay, 10 docks (expandable by seven), 2 drive-I doors, 800-amp 480/277 power service, ESFR – K17 sprinkler system, ample parking with immediate access to I-295. Foxfield has also secured approvals for a second access driveway to the adjacent Friars Blvd.
In the New Jersey-Pennsylvania market, Novaya Foxfield Industrial reported in September it had leased an additional 186,000 square feet to Barry Callebaut at 1001 Industrial Highway, Eddystone, PA, expanding the firm’s presence to 395,000 square feet.
Elsewhere, Novaya Real Estate Ventures announced earlier this month it renewed a 60,000-square-foot lease with robotics company Symbotic in Wilmington, MA.
Located at 200 Research Drive., the property is part of a four-building, flex portfolio consisting of 700,000 square feet that Novaya acquired this past summer. Symbotic is a developer of robotics and software that delivers advanced automation solutions to increase the speed and efficiency of the supply chains for manufacturers, distributors and retailers of all sizes. The property is approximately 16 miles north of Boston.
