Industrial developer Brass Cap Development has acquired a 10-acre land site in Henderson, Nevada. The developer plans to build a two-building industrial property on the site.
The development, Henderson 10, will total $25 million. The two properties will range in size from 75,000 to 77,000 square feet each to accommodate multiple tenants.
The 152,500-square-foot, two-building industrial center will be developed around the perimeter of the existing FedEx Distribution Center, making it a highly sought-after location for many businesses.
