Seattle-based Housing Diversity Corp. is planning an attainable housing project in DTLA. The development is located in an opportunity zone and will include 151 attainable housing units.

Housing Diversity Corp. is developing the project as part of its partnership with OZ Navigator. Los Angeles-based architecture firm Steinberg Hart is designing the eight-story multifamily property.

The 57,000-square-foot project will provide a practical and attainable housing solution for underserved segments of the local community. The sleek and modern micro-apartments average 325 square feet and boast full kitchens, with most residences featuring balconies that face the Downtown L.A. skyline. The project has more than 10,000 square feet of common areas, which include a large rooftop deck and over 4,000 square feet of ground floor work and recreation space.
