MANASSAS, VA – NCS Technologies will occupy a 109,000-square-foot building at Innovation Park in Manassas, VA.
Located at 9665 Discovery Boulevard, less than 20 miles from Washington DC, the building will be constructed on 8.415 acres of land, purchased from Prince William County. The new facility represents a $15 million investment for the computer manufacturer and system integrator.
NCS Technologies will consolidate its operations at the property; intending to enhance its efficiency and productivity. The company's new headquarters will house offices, manufacturing operations and warehouse space, from which the firm will ship its products.
The expansion will allow the technology company to employ 30 to 60 more professionals, adding to its current 120 employees within the area.
The company plans to occupy its future headquarters in 2021.
NCS Technologies is a domestic computer manufacturer that focuses on 3rd party integration, branded solutions, HP 3D printing solutions and appliance and server engineering.
