ELMWOOD PARK, NJ—National commercial real estate brokerage firm Lee & Associates has appointed Suzanne Kiall as director and managing broker of its Morris County, NJ operations.

Kiall, who has 21 years' experience in commercial real estate, is the founder and broker of record at Suzanne Kiall & Associates, LLC, and has represented a number a of retail, medical, office and industrial landlords and tenants. She has also identified and executed solutions for owner/occupied properties and investment opportunities on both the buyer and seller side, Lee & Associates reports.

Kiall's firm primarily focused on the Morris/Western Essex County marketplace. She recently represented Centrient Pharma and InStar Group in two new tenancies at 2001 Route 46, Parsippany, owned by Marcus Partners and has worked to bring a 25,000-square-foot office building in Parsippany to 90% occupancy within an aggressive time period for The Silverman Group.

From 2018 to 2019, Kiall sold eight buildings, including, multi-tenant office, operational gas station, land for redevelopment and industrial condo, representing seller, buyers, users and investors. During that period, she also represented tenants and landlords on the leasing of approximately 28 spaces in every commercial real estate sector.
