PARSIPPANY, NJ—A business management outsourcing firm has signed a lease for more than 31,000 square feet of space at 10 Lanidex Plaza West here and will relocate from a nearby office building.

Solix has signed a lease for 31,442 square feet and will occupy a portion of the second and the entire third floors of the 75,049 square-foot office building owned by Lincoln Property Co.

CBRE's Thomas M. Mallaney and Denise Kokulak negotiated the 12-year lease on behalf of Solix, Inc.

"By assuming our client's previous lease obligation, ownership allowed Solix to relocate its operations at a nearby property where it will house its offices on two contiguous floors," Mallaney, first vice president, CBRE, states.

The firm's current headquarters location is housed at 30 Lanidex Plaza West.

CBRE was tapped as project manager for the buildout of Solix's new office space. Megan Cudia of CBRE's Project Management team will oversee the assignment.

Solix, Inc. provides program management, technology solutions, consulting and customer care for clients throughout the United States. According to the company's website, Solix has other locations in Charleston, IL; Killeen, TX and Overland Park, KS.
