NEW YORK CITY- Cushman & Wakefield is leading the marketing sale for 7 Cross Bronx Service Rd Extension, a 23,608-square-foot residential development site in the West Farms neighborhood of the Bronx.
"This development site provides a unique opportunity to investors given its footprint," said Jonathan Squires of Cushman & Wakefield said in a prepared statement. Additionally, there is close access to a number of major roadways including I-95 and I-278.
