WASHINGTON DC – The Advisory Services practice of The Scion Group, North America has opened a new regional office in Washington DC. The company has additionally appointed a senior project executive to head up the firm’s new office.

The expansion adds to the company’s existing offices in Chicago, Dallas, Irvine and Toronto.
Industry veteran, Ted Risher has been selected as senior project executive to lead the firm’s Washington DC office and direct its public-private partnership (P3) practices within the region.
