NEW YORK CITY — Davis, a national real estate healthcare firm founded in 1986, has hired Stewart Davis from Eastern Consolidated as executive vice president of investments to manage the firm's national portfolio as it eyes $200 million in healthcare acquisitions in 2020, according to Davis.
"We are looking to acquire $200 million in high-quality healthcare assets across the United States this year with a focus on ambulatory and surgical facilities," Davis said in a prepared statement. "I'm excited to help Davis expand its client network as well as grow the portfolio and business."
Davis has managed more than $450 million in healthcare-related property transactions and over his 10 years of working in real estate experience. His clients include publicly traded real estate investment trusts, private equity groups and national physician groups.
Prior to joining Davis, he served as managing director of healthcare investment sales with Eastern Consolidated, a prominent full-service real estate firm in New York City. In that position, he formed a Healthcare Advisory Group that focused on healthcare sales nationwide.
Davis is active in Habitat for Humanity and the Real Estate Board of New York and was nominated for REBNY's "Rising Star Award" in 2015. He received a Bachelor's Degree from Wesleyan University and a Master of Business Administration focused on real estate from New York University.
