SRS Real Estate Partners Opens DC Office
The company aims to expand its National Net Lease Group, while establishing its presence in the region with its 28th office location.
WASHINGTON DC – SRS Real Estate Partners is expanding its National Net Lease Group by opening a new office in Washington DC. The company has additionally appointed a new executive managing director for the Group.
The company’s newest hire, Andrew Fallon, will also serve as the new office’s market leader. In his role, Fallon will recruit professionals to the National Net Lease Group and establish the firm’s presence in Washington DC. The firm intends to add full-service brokers to the new office in the coming months.
Within the past year, SRS’s National Net Lease Group has expanded by adding 15 new brokers and opening one additional new office. Throughout 2019, the Group and the western region of the firm’s Investment Properties Group completed more than 485 sales, totaling more than $1.5 billion in transaction value across 43 states. The National Net Lease Group now employs more than 50 net lease professionals nationwide.
Fallon’s background spans net lease brokerage, commercial land brokerage, real estate underwriting and litigation project management. Previously, Fallon acted as executive managing director of Calkain Companies, where he was a top producer; closing nearly $1 billion across more than 300 net lease transactions within a 10-year period.
Fallon routinely sells and consults on stabilized high-street, urban in-fill retail projects throughout the area. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Urban Land Institute. He received an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business and is a graduate of American University, where he studied law and society.
