DEER PARK, IL—Oregon-based digital marketing agency Logical Position has signed an office lease deal for approximately 43,000 square feet of space at The Reserve at Deer Park complex here.

The growing Lake Oswego, OR-based firm's Illinois branch will occupy the entire seventh floor of the 351,425-square-foot building at 21440 W. Lake Cook Road.

JLL's SVP Rick Benoy, EVP Doug Shehan and associate Erica Rogers negotiated the deal on behalf of 90 North Real Estate Partners and Arzan Wealth. Logical Position was represented by Newmark Knight Frank's Matthew Frazee and Stanford Scriven.

"This move will allow us to help more companies grow through our digital marketing services and create more jobs for local residents," says Chris Vale, vice president of SEO and website development and Chicago general manager at Logical Position.

The Reserve at Deer Park is located on 58-acres and offers walking trails and ponds. The building's onsite amenities include ample parking, a café with lounge, a fitness center, outdoor volleyball courts, conference rooms and a training facility.

The property is located less than 30 miles from O'Hare Airport and features access to Highway 53 and Interstate-290, as well as local shopping, retail and residential destinations.

Logical Position has also reported recently that it plans to add up to 300 jobs in an expansion into a 70,000-square-foot headquarters space in Lake Oswego, OR, according to a report earlier this month in the Portland Business Journal.
