NEW YORK CITY – Real estate investment manager Savanna has leased over 70,000 square feet of space at its newly renovated Midtown West office property at 19 West 44th St.  Since the capital intensive repositioning, the property has attracted various tenants of different lease sizes. 

Notable recent lease deals include Harman International Industries, Inc., which signed an 11,189-square-foot lease on the 18th floor; Vereit, Inc., inked a 6,106-square-foot lease on the 14th floor; RPT Realty leased 5,629 square feet of pre-built space on the 10th floor; Grain Management leased 2,525 square feet on the 17th floor; and eos Products, an existing tenant, expanded into 6,029 square feet of space on the 8th floor.
