The firm, which provides care and support to older adults and people with disabilities in their homes and community-based settings, has signed a long-term lease for 76,313 square feet of space at the landmark Sullivan Center at 1 S. State St.

“Chicago has been home since our founding in 1975, and we are thrilled to be relocating to the historic Sullivan Center in the heart of the city,” says Help at Home CEO Paul Mastrapa. “Bringing our corporate office support team and Chicago care management center together on one floor will help improve efficiency, communication and convenience for our caregivers and new employees.”
The Sullivan Center, the Louis Sullivan-designed property, was known as the Carson, Pirie, Scott and Company Building. Cushman & Wakefield’s Project and Development Services team is assisting with the build out of the new space. Chicago-based Partners By Design has been hired by Help at Home to oversee the office space design and layout to maximize efficiencies.
