Omni Logistics Signs Major Warehouse Lease in Billerica
The third-party logistics provider signed the warehouse lease deal with building owner Clarion Partners of New York City.
BILLERICA, MA—Omni Logistics has signed a lease of 115,822 square feet of space at 90 Salem Road, which brings the more than 617,000-square-foot industrial property located in the Billerica Commerce Center to 100% occupied.
The third-party logistics provider signed the warehouse lease deal with building owner Clarion Partners of New York City. CBRE’s David Corkery, Steve Clancy, Rachel Marks and other members of CBRE Boston Consulting represented the tenant Omni Logistics and Clarion Partners in the transaction.
“In a tight real estate market, Omni Logistics was able to secure a long-term home that provides for growth and expansion in an important market area,” says CBRE’s Corkery.
Located on 62 acres, 90 Salem Road was built in 1982 and renovated in 2007. The building totals approximately 612,685 square feet and includes 17 loading docks, six drive-in doors and rail service. The property is located three miles from Route 3 and Interstate 495, and is 20 miles northwest of Boston.
