RXR Realty Leases 73K SF at 230 Park Avenue

RXR Realty, a New York tri-state real estate owner and operator, has leased up 73,000 square feet at 230 Park Ave. in Midtown Manhattan.

NEW YORK CITY – RXR Realty, a New York tri-state real estate owner and operator, has leased up 73,000 square feet at 230 Park Ave. in Midtown Manhattan. INTL FCStone Inc., a global brokerage and financial services firm will occupy the space, which spans the entire 10th floor of the property. 

INTL FCStone will leave its separate offices at 155 East 44th St. and 530 Fifth Ave. to move into RXR’s 1.4 million square foot office building. 

Standing 34 stories tall, 230 Park Ave. is located between 45th and 46th Streets and had underwent a $100 million capital improvement renovation that included the installation of a new HVAC system, electrical infrastructure, fiber backbone for faster fiber speeds, security system with mobile phone technology, upgraded pedestrian walkways, tenant amenity space on the 5th floor with conferencing, lounge and outdoor terrace and the repositioning of the retail space on 46th Street and Vanderbilt Ave.
