Metropolitan Realty Seeks Tenants for Queens Mixed-Use Property

Metropolitan Realty, a real estate company, has tapped Cushman & Wakefield to lead leasing efforts for 50-05 Metropolitan Ave., a mixed-use retail and office development in Ridgewood, Queens, bordering Brooklyn.

NEW YORK CITY- Metropolitan Realty, a real estate company, has tapped Cushman & Wakefield to lead leasing efforts for 50-05 Metropolitan Ave., a mixed-use retail and office development in Ridgewood, Queens, bordering Brooklyn.

The property was the former home to historic grocery store chain Bohack’s and has since undergone redevelopment and now has Class A space of 30,000 square feet in ground floor retail and 28,000 square feet of office space. 

The Cushman & Wakefield leasing team consists of Stephen Preuss, Joshua Kleinberg, Adam Malitz, Rani Bendary and Dale Braverman on behalf of landlord Metropolitan Realty.

Additionally, the property has 50 parking spaces and a private loading dock that can be made available. In 2019, the property won the commercial interior design award from the Queens Chamber of Commerce.
