NEW YORK CITY – Cushman & Wakefield is marketing 217-14 24th Ave., a 64,810-square-foot development site in Bayside, Queens, on behalf of A.Real Yyz L.P. The 1.5-acre development site has over 250 feet of frontage on Little Neck Bay in Queens.

Located within an R1-2 zone, the property features have approximately 64,810 buildable square feet and allows for the 32,405-square-foot development of single-family homes or 64,810 buildable square feet of community facility space. Currently, the tenant occupying the property is carrying all property costs until October 2021.

Within a two-mile radius of the property, is the Bayside Long Island Rail Road station, the Cross Island Parkway and the Throgs Neck Bridge, as well as multiple bus lines. The property is located near The Bay Terrace shopping center.
