WASHINGTON DC – Privately held real estate investment firm, EOS Investors LLC has acquired the Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Georgetown.
The 197-room hotel features a 24-hour fitness center, an indoor pool, an onsite restaurant, District Tap, and is comprised only of two-room suites. In 2016, the hotel underwent a full renovation of all rooms and public spaces, including its lobby with a full-height atrium.
The hotel additionally serves as a location for Hilton Grand Vacations, the hospitality brand's members-only vacation program.
Located in the city's West End neighborhood, the hotel is situated near The George Washington University, the IMF, the World Bank, Dupont Circle and an array of restaurant and retail offerings.
With this acquisition, EOS is expanding its portfolio and hospitality footprint in the region; aiming to capitalize on the DC market's significant, recent growth.
Headquartered in New York City, the fully-integrated investment firm of EOS Investors LLC, focuses on identifying and creating value with hospitality assets in urban markets and resort destinations throughout the US.
