HACKENSACK, NJ— Alfred Sanzari Enterprises reports it has signed lease renewals with five law firms at its Court Plaza office complex here.

The renewals at the property located at 19-21-25 Main St. in Hackensack included The Knee Law Firm for 2,600 square feet, Potenza & Curtis Law for 1,350 square feet, Cowen & Jacobs for 1,250 square feet, and Robert M. Biagiotti Law for 1,000 square feet. Additionally, the law firm of Sutnick & Sutnick signed an expansion for 1,800 square feet of space at the property.

"Working closely with the Bergen County legal community for over 30 years, our team is highly knowledgeable about their specific space and business needs. We've leveraged this understanding to create a tenant experience at Court Plaza that perfectly aligns with the successful operation of their businesses," says Stephen Jennings, VP of leasing and marketing for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.

The 335,000-square-foot Court Plaza is located directly across from the Bergen County Administrative Complex and other governmental offices. The three-building complex also offers easy access to I-80, Routes 17, 4 and 46, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway as well as 100% covered parking, a full-service cafeteria, a fully-equipped fitness facility, large common conference room, an on-site bank, on-site shoe shine/repair, dry cleaning, and car detailing services.

In late February, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises-owned Glenpointe announced it had negotiated a new lease with former tenant, Leeward International, to bring the clothing and manufacturer back to its iconic campus located at 300/400/500 Frank W. Burr Boulevard in Teaneck.

Formerly a Glenpointe tenant for more than five years, Leeward International moved out of the complex to consolidate its office and warehousing needs into a larger flex space. As the firm's space needs once again shifted, Leeward International chose to move part of its operations back to Glenpointe.
