KTGY Names New Leaders in Denver to Support Market Growth
Nathan Sciarra has been named a principal and shareholder of the firm and Leah Pitts has been named a director.
“These appointments not only fit KTGY’s strategic growth plans for Denver, which includes integrating a for-sale studio led by Bill Ramsey in 2019, but also the company as a whole,” Chris S. Texter, managing principal and member of KTGY’s Board of Directors, tells GlobeSt.com. “Having these talented and experienced individuals in key leadership positions will continue to advance the growth of the talent and skills of the people around them, the Denver office’s capabilities and the reinforcement of KTGY’s residential expertise.”
Both Sciarra and Pitts have a notable tenure at the firm. Sciarra will focus on client relations in the new role. “Nathan, through his tenure at KTGY, has shown a passion for providing clients with excellent service and innovative design solutions for client success through teamwork and collaboration,” says Texter. Pitts, in her role, will focus on client relations as well, along with team recruitment and growth. “Having Leah in a director roll enables her to grow client relationships and directly mentor team members, encouraging their talents to flourish,” adds Texter. “Leah’s experience, enthusiasm and consistency in delivering architecture that meet the client’s objectives and the community’s needs are the perfect fit for a director at KTGY.”
The firm plans to grow its presence in residential, retail, planning and hospitality throughout the Denver market. “KTGY is excited about the growth opportunities in our Denver office continuing to provide residential and mixed-use expertise in a wide array of typologies,” says Texter. “We are taking advantage of our 28-year history and experience and are looking to emerging technologies that may inform our design processes and continue improving the built environment.”
To support this growth, the firm will also continue to grow its team. “KTGY is often on the lookout for good talent. With our strategic growth plan to make a positive impact on communities by creating memorable and sustainable spaces that elevate living, working and playing and aim to provide great client service, we have room to add a director of design to the Denver office,” says Texter. “In addition, the office has six new key hires joining the KTGY team over the next couple of months.”
