NEW YORK CITY- Manolo Blahnik has entered a lease agreement for its new flagship store on 717 Madison Ave. in Midtown. Newmark Knight Frank brokered the transaction for the store set to open in 2020.
The new location is comprised of both office and retail spaces that include the ground and lower levels, totaling 4,942 square feet of retail space and floors 2-4 total 5,005 square feet of office space.
