NEW YORK CITY- ABS Partners Real Estate, a New York City-based real estate firm, has promoted Joseph Leone, a property management executive with more than two decades of experience in New York City office buildings, to Director of Property Management. Leone joined ABS Partners in 2018 as a senior property manager and now directs a team responsible for the management of more than 13 million square feet of properties on the East Coast, as well as in-house design and construction oversight teams. 

"Joe has proven himself an exceptional property manager and leader, approaching every asset with professionalism and skills that inspire his team to raise their game and pursue Class-A practices that produce results in terms of value enhancement and tenant comfort," said Gregg Schenker, president and co-managing partner of ABS Partners Real Estate, in a prepared statement."We're delighted to have him take the helm of our property management division and continue our tradition of excellence in this critical service – both for our own portfolio of assets as well as those we manage for our third-party clients."

Prior to joining ABS Partners, Leone spent 20 years working for property management and ownership firms focused on Class A assets. He began his career in property management at JP Morgan Chase on its 13 million square foot Class A Manhattan office portfolio. He then served as a property manager for the GM Building at 767 Fifth Ave. on behalf of owner Boston Properties. Prior to joining ABS Partners, Leone also worked with Commonwealth Partners as property manager for 787 Seventh Ave., and in senior property management roles at CBRE and Colliers.

Leone attended Fairleigh Dickenson University and resides in Denville, New Jersey.
